I own a 2007 Mazda CX-9. At about 150k miles the transmission failed. After receiving a $5k estimate from the dealer my repair guy (Mike Carradonna) recommended this shop.
They replaced the transmission for about 1/2 the dealer. The work was completed on time, on price, and I think professionally. Two years and 50k miles later the transmission is tight and running well (despite the best efforts of a couple teenage drivers).
I recommend this shop and their service.
Jay and his team are wonderful. They are reasonable priced and efficient. They really care about their customers. I highly recommend!

My daughter who attends Ohio State had her transmission go out on her 2012 Chevy Cruze and we were referred to AAMCO from the repair shop she regularly takes her car to. Glen was great to work with as I am in the Greater Cleveland area and had to address the situation from afar. He continually kept me informed of the status of the repairs. He did encounter a snag along the way with a part that was needed that ultimately extended the repair time, but Glen continually reached out to keep me updated.
